Periodical surveys & maintenance
Our Surveyors are capable to carry out inspection and servicing of different equipment:
Lifeboats & davits
Since Jan’08 we are approved by Bureau Veritas for periodical servicing and maintenance of lifeboats, davits and on-load release gears in accordance with IMO regulation (MSC.1/Circ.1206 SOLAS Chapter III).
Life rafts
Works are carried out by means of invited surveyors, recognized both by Class and Makers of the following equipment:

Lifting appliances
We are recognized by BV for periodic examination (annual & 5-yearly) and servicing of all kinds of stationary and mobile cargo handling appliances (including ship’s cargo cranes, ramps, elevators, etc.) in accordance with IMO regulation (MSC.1/Circ.1206 SOLAS).
Radio-navigating equipment
By means of our own radio engineers and subcontracted specialists allover the world, we provide high-class servicing of navigating equipment, including annual & 5-year surveys of :
– GMDSS | – GPS |
Fire-fightingequipment & systems
Holding BV cert, we render the following services :
– Annual inspection of fire extinguishers
– Inspection & repair of fire-fighting systems
– Annual inspection, testing and troubleshooting of fire-detecting systems
– Calibration of gas detectors
– Maintenance / repair of MMC tapes
– Annual check of pressure & temperature calibrators
and other services in this field.
