DRY-DOCKING
Having the contractual relations with biggest Ukrainian & Baltic Ship-Yards, nowadays we are capable to arrange docking repairs of vessels up to 160.000 DWT.
Acting as General Contractor, we undertake full responsibility for quality and terms of repair. We guarantee rapid & efficient performance and on-time re-delivery of the vessel.
The following facilities are at your disposal:
– Dry-dock | 290 X 36 |
plus several smaller docks and slips.
We have successfully performed over dozen docking repairs of different vessels, supervised by DNV, LR, BV, RMRS, RINA.
Full support is rendered to Customer’s Representatives:
in solving of difficult technical matters, negotiations with Class, obtaining of necessary permissions, etc. We also assist in negotiations with local authorities (port control, ecologists and others)
Warranty of 6 MONTHS is provided as usually.

WET-DOCKING
Several berths are at your disposal for emergency repairs and/or wet-docking. Being connected to the yards, those berths are equipped with necessary facilities:
- Power supply
- Fire line
- Fresh water line
- Cranes (shore & floating ones)
and others.
Same wharfage is suitable for long-term and safe COLD LAY-UP of vessels. Continuous supervision and watchkeeping will be provided from our side, as well as assistance while de-activation & re-activation of the vessel.
SHIP-BUILDING
We have gained a considerable experience in SHIPBUILDING and CONVERSION of vessels.
By means of our qualified fitters & welders, we perform shipbuilding works on turn-key basis. Should you plan to build a small yacht or a large merchant vessel – we are ready to assist in selection of yard and undertake steel, cabling, painting works as well as installation & commissioning of machinery.
Our company has successfully carried out Ice-Class conversions of several reefer vessels for satisfaction of DNV-GL. Several hundred workers have been involved in removal/installation of cargo holds insulation, installation of extra stiffeners and different other accompanying works.
Our specialists have also participated in “lenthening” of vessels’ hulls: extra cargo hold has been added in the middle of original hull, lots of additional machinery & systems have been installed & commissioned.
